Travel Through Health

Kat and I recently went to New York City together, on a Sunday in October.  First thing we did, like all good tourists, was get lost.

Correction: I got us lost, but only just a little bit!

I accidentally put in the address for our first stop and forgot one number for the building. Luckily, we didn’t go too far before realizing we were in the wrong area. Our itinerary for the day was set as the following:

  1. Green Symphony
  2. Shambhala Meditation Center
  3. OmFactory
  4. Bryant Park
  5. Dinner
